"Stuart
delivered the workshop program to our consultants over 3 days
within an 8 week period. Our team found that building their skills
this way and the email communications from Stuart over the 8 weeks
helped achieve more meaningful results.
Stuart Ayling has exceeded our expectations."

Time Management Training
In reality, 'time management' is a misleading concept. Experience shows
we cannot manage time; it passes at a constant rate. However we can
manage our own choices.
'Time
Out' Productivity Program
The focus of this program is to provide tools and understanding to
equip participants for effective
'self management'.
When thinking about time management it is easy to rely on various
tools - online or on paper - to help us get the right things done.
But the choice of tools is the minor part of the solution. More
important is to have the right attitude and to make the right
choices, regardless of which tools you use.
Time Out is a values-based approach to getting more done with
less stress.
Whilst this program addresses tools and techniques, it also fosters
personal accountability by focusing the participant on their
behaviour and choices.

You Don't Manage Time,
You Manage Choices
Time Out is delivered over two 3-hour sessions to encourage adoption of new
techniques, tools, and behaviours. It's interactive, upbeat, and fun.
After a brief introduction and quickly dispelling the myths about time management
participants consider the three themes of:
- Time Analysis.
- Time Trends and Principles.
- Time Mastery.
In the first session we cover 'Time Analysis' and
'Time Trends and
Principles'.
Approximately 2 weeks later the second session reviews the teams progress to
date and investigates the tools and personal habits necessary for Time
Mastery including managing email, managing people and requests, and
identifying company-specific best practices.
Ongoing
Improvement
Our goal is to see improvements in your team. However, as you would know,
even with regular focus new habits can take weeks to form. Therefore
ongoing training and attention is beneficial to encourage continued
personal development.
After
the Time Out training sessions are completed it is strongly recommended to use
periodic teleconferences or webinars - and personal guidance - to focus on specific aspects of time
management and support the individual change process. We can participate
in those follow-up sessions, or not. It's up to you. Either way we can help you
structure the right approach for your team.
