A one-to-one sales coaching package for an individual team member can be provided. The all-inclusive fee for this package is $3,550.00 ex GST and includes:

  • Pre-training coaching evaluation tele-interview (1 hour).
  • A full-day training on site with your team member (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane).
  • 3 x weekly coaching telephone calls after the training (1 hour each).
  • Unlimited email & pone contact for 8 weeks after the training day.
  • Setting personal and sales-related targets that are monitored over 8 weeks.
  • Sales coaching manual and reference material.
  • 26-week follow up series of training reminders and sales tips.
  • Debrief session with a senior executive regarding performance and potential.

This package is ideal if you have a situation where you need specific  individual assistance for one of your team.
