"Running a team of salespeople is like herding wild cats in a busy bus depot. Training them in art of professional selling improves the performance of the team from a strategic and measured aspect, however, it will still do little to address the greatest cost of sales - the loss of trained personnel due to poor decision making processes in their personal lives.
In a nut shell, I needed to devise, a plan that would help me influence my sales team outside of my immediate sphere of training and influence (my classroom).
