My approach is to allow you to work at your own pace. When I work with you
on a one-to-one basis you're in control of
how quickly we progress, how much I do for you, and how much you spend.
Sure, I will set objectives for you if that is appropriate. But it is
your business and your goals. My job is to help you achieve them.
You'll find that I prefer to work closely with you - as a friendly
marketing advisor, rather than an impersonal consultant. I'll guide and coach you as we go, to
produce a series of effective marketing activities based on action and results, not just paperwork!

As you would expect, much of my work is conducted over the
phone, by email and by fax. Even for clients that are located nearby
this is often a more convenient way to conduct day to day activities.
Although I love meeting clients in person, please be assured you can work with me
if you are not in Brisbane - I've
done it before.
