This program is suitable for larger companies that may have a Marketing Manager, Marketing Officer or Marketing Coordinator on staff yet still need senior level marketing insights and guidance.

This program is comprised of:

A total of four (4) days on site in your business over a period of 3 months, plus unlimited email and phone support and guidance.
Includes one (1) full day onsite reviewing your marketing activities, business opportunities, and investigating resources and operations with key staff members.
Plus, three (3) additional days onsite, over the three-month period.
Unlimited email and phone contact and document reviews in between onsite days.
Guaranteed results will more than cover the cost of this program over 12 months*

Option #2: On-Tap Marketing Manager
 
Initial review session, then on an as-needed basis by the client.

Who is this for?

This program is ideal for mid-level companies that already have some marketing activities in place but lack the resources to develop an effective and coordinated marketing program. Ideally staff resources are (or will be) available to manage the implementation of marketing activities.

This program includes:

Pre-consultation review of business requirements. 
Initial half-day (3.5hr) consultation and review session.
Written report from half-day session, including key action steps and schedule.
Ongoing advice and support for development of marketing strategies, preparation of specific marketing materials, guidance for client to develop marketing tactics, review and recommendations of marketing documents.
