Strategic Marketing
Advisor
What
is it?
Individual consultations and coaching over a period of time to solve
your marketing and sales challenges. Consultation sessions may be
conducted in person or over the phone, depending on your location.
Email and phone contact is also utilized in between consultation
sessions.
Who is it for?
Businesses in growth stage that need professional assistance to make
effective marketing decisions and improve sales. Either for a
specific short term project, or ongoing advisory service. You may
already have a staff member undertaking marketing activities, but
need a more thorough and professional approach.
When is it available?
Consultations occur as needed, scheduled to suit both parties.
Engagement duration may be as little as a few sessions, or continue
as needed over
a number of years.

'Flying
Start' Consultation
What is
it?
A fixed-fee package of a once-only consultation session (2 hours) and
action-oriented notes based on topics discussed during the
consultation.
Who is it for?
The Flying Start consultation is ideal for start-ups or people in the
early stages of a new venture. Your consultation will clarify the
critical marketing issues for your venture and give you specific
guidance on what to do about those issues. Prior to the consultation
you will be asked to provide certain background information to
maximise the effectiveness of the 2-hour session. There is no ongoing commitment
with this package.
When is it available?
Your Flying Start consultation session will be scheduled for a time to suit both
parties and will usually take place within 10 days of booking.
Sessions must be pre-paid at time of booking.

Selling With Confidence:
sales training course
A relationship-based program teaching 21st century sales skills. Ideal for
professionals, small business owners, technical specialists and service
providers. Public and corporate in-house
training programs available. One-day and two-day
training options.
Individual Sales Coaching
If required, a one-on-one sales coaching package for an individual
member of your team can be provided. The fee for this package is $3,450.00
and includes:
- A full-day training on site with your team
member (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane).
- Pre-training evaluation tele-interview
(1 hour).
- 3 x weekly coaching telephone calls after the
training (1 hour each).
- Unlimited email contact for 8 weeks after the
training day.
This package is ideal if you have a situation
where you need urgent individual assistance for one of your team.
Sales coaching is suitable for technical professionals, advisors,
consultants, engineers, and for companies that sell complex or
customised products or services. Ask for details.

Skills Training
This presentation skills training is ideal for:
- Technical/Professional staff - to avoid 'data dumps' and be
more persuasive.
